The attached Microsoft Document is a web-activity for UNIT 2 Outcome 1.

Students have shown a considerable interest in sanctions and their ability to achieve the purposes of sanctions.

In 2017 in Australia we marked the 50th anniversary of the last enactment of the death penalty in Victoria. The web-activity traces that penalty and looks at the future both in Australia and the State of Texas in the United States of America. The activity could be expected to take 2 hours.

Whilst the author as a Catholic man is opposed to the death penalty in any form, ‘student voice’ has requested this activity and who am I in 2019 to not listen to that voice.
