I attended a recent VCTA session on the findings of the examiner in last year’s (2012) paper.

The result is not conclusive on exactly what the examination this year will be about. Candidates will be well served with a sound knowledge of S109 of the Constitution as they approach their SACs at school in term 2,

Question:

The High Court is really waiting for the State of Victoria to test its case of high country grazing rights for farmers this year. Having been defeated by the Dept of Environment in the Federal Court, all that is left for the Victorian Government is the High Court. Its obvious our founding fathers never intended the Commonwealth to control the high country and the High Court is just the place to settle this matter. Discuss.
