Law is a River 2014

The Franklin River Dam Case

For Legal Studies students doing Units 3 and 4 in 2014, this is your case (my opinion) for answering a question on the High Court’s interpretation of the Australian Constitution. Commonwealth versus State. Residual powers becoming exclusive powers in the area of treaties and World Heritage listed resources. The Commonwealth increases its powers after the High Court makes a ruling.

Check out the No Dams tab as I upload more resources for this important part of your studies.
