Webquest VCAT and the Courts

My personal choice of an excellent case that bypassed VCAT and was resolved in the County Court of Victoria. Print these 12 pages out and form an opinion as to why this case went to court. Be able to decide what case should go to VCAT and when a case needed expert legal opinion and argument.

This is a recent case and an provides insight into how our legal system operates in Victoria today. My focus is Planning in the VCAT divisions and this case certainly shows where the law is moving in 2014.
