Another year of Legal Studies is approaching. 2017 students are in a privileged position as it is the last year of the current study design. Therefore past examiner’s reports, practice SACs and a wealth of materials is available for your success. This should be the best year to study Legal for some time!
The summer of 2017 is the time to summarise Chapter One of the text. It is also the time to get a headstart on the constitution (Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900). The Constitution is a large part of Unit 3. It is our ‘rule book for the government’ (Garrett 2015) and with the current compilation of the federal parliament, that rule book is very relevant today.
